From Sardinia to Antarctica and beyond, my path has always been guided by curiosity, craftsmanship and the power of food to connect people.
I am a positive, passionate person who sees food as one of life’s most powerful forms of connection. For me, cooking has never been simply a profession: it is the language through which I express emotion, well-being and hospitality.
Every dish is an opportunity to create a moment worth remembering. Whether it is an intimate dinner, a celebration or an experience shared around the table, my goal is always the same: to make people feel welcomed, cared for and inspired through food.
My culinary journey began in Italy at the age of fifteen, working as a pizza chef while studying at the Hotel Management School of Castelfranco Veneto. Since then, my path has taken me across continents, cultures and very different culinary worlds.
After living and working in Australia and New Zealand, I developed a deep knowledge of authentic Neapolitan pizza, wood-fired baking and high-quality dough production. Back in Italy, I continued my education in modern gastronomy, molecular cuisine and advanced baking techniques.
My career has also brought me to one of the most extraordinary places on Earth: Antarctica, where I worked as a pizza chef and baker for the Italian scientific team at Mario Zucchelli Station. Every experience has strengthened my belief that food can bring warmth, identity and comfort anywhere in the world.
Born in Sardinia, I have always felt a deep connection with the sea. Fish, seafood and Mediterranean flavours are an essential part of my cuisine, together with a constant respect for seasonality, territory and the natural character of every ingredient.
My approach combines tradition with innovation. I use contemporary techniques, including low-temperature and sous-vide cooking, to preserve aromas, textures and nutritional value while allowing each ingredient to express itself at its best.
I carefully select fresh, genuine and preferably local products, with particular attention to sustainability and ethical sourcing. From seafood to grass-fed meat, from vegetables to sourdough bread made with stone-ground flours, every element is chosen with care, knowledge and respect.
Today, I work as a private chef, bringing refined and personalised dining experiences directly into my clients’ homes and chosen locations. Every menu is designed around the people at the table, their tastes, the occasion and the atmosphere they want to create.
Alongside private dining, I also work as a consultant for restaurants and pizzerias, supporting professionals who want to improve their culinary offer, processes and product quality. I am also passionate about teaching, sharing my experience through masterclasses and tailor-made courses focused on modern cuisine, advanced baking and sourdough techniques.
Over the years, my work has been recognised through awards, publications and international experiences—but the most meaningful recognition remains the emotion of the people I cook for.
From extraordinary journeys to everyday craftsmanship, every experience has shaped the way I cook today.
